10/10! I can't recommend Acuna Automotive enough. Their customer service is outstanding, and every member of the team—from the front desk to the drivers—is genuinely kind, friendly, and helpful. What I appreciate most is that they never pressure you into unnecessary services. They take the time to explain your options, discuss the impact of recommended repairs, and prioritize what needs immediate attention versus what can safely wait. That allows you to make informed decisions that fit your budget. They're honest, affordable, and truly have their customers' best interests in mind. If you're looking for an auto shop you can trust, Acuna Automotive is it!

I had a great experience. They were recommended to me by NV Speedometer to diagnose my digital speedometer issue: car or digital readout. They communicated efficiently with /Tony at NV Speedometer and gave me a printout of their conclusions/actions. I felt well taken care of. Thank you!

It's really hard to find a place that can and will do alignments on a lowered car. Acuna was happy to get my alignment taken care of and allowed me to drop my car off the day before my appointment. I was worried about my car being out on 4th st but come to find out they have a really nice fully fenced and gated lot for customer vehicles. The staff there were excellent and very polite, friendly and professional. Great service, very fair price, and overall great experience.

Highly recommend Acuna Total Car Care! From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, Carlos was friendly, professional, and made everything easy. The customer service was outstanding—they even offered me a courtesy vehicle and a ride to work while my Lexus was being serviced. Honestly, the service was just as good as, if not better than, what I’ve received at the Lexus dealership. The quality of work was excellent, and the savings compared to the dealership were incredible. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I recently had the pleasure of scheduling an appointment with this top-notch establishment. They efficiently accommodated my desired time for a vehicle alignment. Additionally, they offered convenient shuttle services back to my workplace, ensuring I returned promptly. Throughout the process, they kept me informed about the status of my vehicle and completed the services within the promised timeframe. The professionalism and punctuality of their service were truly impressive. I highly recommend asking for Carlos, who played a significant role in assisting me with the entire process.
